Use our Tandoori marinade to grill chicken pieces, boneless, and skinless. We would prefer thighs but you can always use a mix of white and dark chicken meat.

Ingredients
16 oz Tandoori grilled chicken (use half bottle of Rupen's Tandoori Marinade) to grill the chicken
2/3 cup mayonnaise
2 oz dried raisins
2 oz cashews, roughly chopped
3 bell peppers, top removed and cut each bell pepper in three similar parts
Instructions
Shred cooked chicken in a mixing bowl.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix. Set aside.
Scoop a tablespoon or a bit more of the chicken salad in each of the bell pepper pieces. Serve.
