Ingredients
3 eggs
1 cup semolina
1 cup sugar
2 cups fresh grated coconut
1 cup butter
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Beat eggs, sugar and butter in a mixing bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Set aside for 4 hours.
Bake for 20 - 25 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 350 F, or until done. Let it cool, cut into pieces and serve.
