Cauliflower and Green Peas Curry


This simple and flavorful curry combines tender cauliflower and green peas simmered in Rupen's Curry sauce, offering a comforting dish with a fragrant touch of cilantro. Perfect for a quick, satisfying meal with minimal ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup green peas (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/4 cup Rupen's Curry sauce
  • Salt, to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the cauliflower florets and sauté for 5-7 minutes until slightly tender.
  2. Add Rupen's Curry sauce and salt, then mix well. Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes until the cauliflower is fully cooked.
  3. Stir in the green peas, and cook for another 3 minutes.
