Ingredients
2 tablespoons ghee200 grams paneer cheese, cubed
2 carrots, diced
1 cup green beans, diced
1 cup green peas
1 cup basmati rice
1 cup water
1 cup Rupen's Korma Curry Sauce
Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Heat 2 tablespoons of ghee in a large pan over medium heat.
- Sauté 200 grams of cubed paneer until golden brown, then set aside.
- In the same pan, add diced carrots, green beans, and green peas, cooking for 5-6 minutes.
- Rinse 1 cup of basmati rice and add it to the pan, along with 1 cup of water, 1 cup of Rupen's Korma Curry Sauce, and salt to taste.
- Bring to a boil, then simmer covered on low heat for 15-20 minutes until the rice is cooked.
- Stir in the paneer and serve hot.
