Paneer Tikka Masala Wraps

These flavorful wraps combine sautéed paneer, onions, and green peppers with Rupen’s Tikka Masala Sauce for a quick and delicious meal.

Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of Rupen's Tikka Masala Sauce
  • 200g paneer, cut into cubes
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons oil (vegetable or olive oil)
  • 4 large wraps or tortillas
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Step 1: Sauté the Vegetables

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced onions and green peppers, and sauté until they soften and start to brown, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Step 2: Cook the Paneer

  1. In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil.
  2. Add the paneer cubes and cook until they are golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and set aside.

Step 3: Heat the Tikka Masala Sauce

  1. In a separate pan, pour Rupen's Tikka Masala Sauce and heat on medium until warm, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add the sautéed paneer, onions, and green peppers to the sauce. Stir well to coat everything evenly.

Step 4: Assemble the Wraps

  1. Warm the wraps or tortillas in a pan or microwave.
  2. Spread a generous portion of the paneer tikka masala mixture in the center of each wrap.
  3. Garnish with fresh cilantro and a squeeze of lemon juice, if desired.
  4. Fold the sides of the wrap, then roll it up tightly.

NOTES: Optionally, you can saute the wraps in a separate pan to make them crispy.
