These flavorful wraps combine sautéed paneer, onions, and green peppers with Rupen’s Tikka Masala Sauce for a quick and delicious meal.

Ingredients
- 1 bottle of Rupen's Tikka Masala Sauce
- 200g paneer, cut into cubes
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons oil (vegetable or olive oil)
- 4 large wraps or tortillas
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Step 1: Sauté the Vegetables
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the sliced onions and green peppers, and sauté until they soften and start to brown, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Remove from the pan and set aside.
Step 2: Cook the Paneer
- In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil.
- Add the paneer cubes and cook until they are golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from heat and set aside.
Step 3: Heat the Tikka Masala Sauce
- In a separate pan, pour Rupen's Tikka Masala Sauce and heat on medium until warm, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the sautéed paneer, onions, and green peppers to the sauce. Stir well to coat everything evenly.
Step 4: Assemble the Wraps
- Warm the wraps or tortillas in a pan or microwave.
- Spread a generous portion of the paneer tikka masala mixture in the center of each wrap.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and a squeeze of lemon juice, if desired.
- Fold the sides of the wrap, then roll it up tightly.
NOTES: Optionally, you can saute the wraps in a separate pan to make them crispy.
