• 1/2 cup Rupen's spicy marinade
• 1 tablespoon sea salt
• 1 tablespoon black pepper

Instructions:

   • Rinse the chicken thoroughly and pat it dry with paper towels.
   • Using a sharp knife, gently peel back the skin, exposing the meat underneath.

2. Season the Chicken:

   • Sprinkle sea salt and black pepper evenly over the exposed chicken meat.
   • Rub the salt and pepper into the chicken, ensuring an even coating.

3. Apply the Marinade:

   • Generously apply Rupen's spicy marinade over the seasoned chicken, making sure to cover all surfaces.
