Curry Spinach (SAAG)

It is a mild sauce made from pureed spinach, spices, and aromatics. Our recipe, a true culinary treat, is an ode to the women in Punjab who manually pound spinach to prepare it. The advent of spring in Punjab means the making of Saag. It is SAAG Curry Sauce.

Our sauces are ready to use straight out of the jar. Saute meat or vegetables, add sauce, simmer for a few minutes, and your curry is done! One jar is sufficient for one lb of meat or vegetables.
