'Kandoo' in Sanskrit is a barbecue pit in which food is cooked. It is reminiscent of many restaurants' curry seasonings to flavor grilled meat and vegetables.
The most amazing grilled vegetables are charred on the BBQ or roasted in the oven, then marinated in a lovely lemony herb garlic dressing. After cooking they absorb flavor so much more effectively when they’re hot. It is ready-to-use straight from the jar. Chop two pounds of vegetables or meat into kebab-sized pieces. Pour over and mix. Cover and refrigerate for up to eight hours. Grill.
