Mango Salsa is so exotic and yet so achievable. Surprise your friends with this side dish. Serve it alongside nachos and guacamole this summer. When making this recipe, make sure your tomatoes and mangoes are not super ripe. You can always choose to remove the seeds from the tomato while making this salsa.
Ingredients
1 1/2 mango, peeled and diced
1/2 Roma tomato, diced
1/2 teaspoon Rupen's Chili Paste
3 Tablespoons chopped cilantro
1/2 white onion, minced
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 Tablespoons good quality olive oil
Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, gently all the ingredients. Refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving.
