This paneer and peas curry is a simple yet flavorful dish made using Rupen's CURRY sauce. The richness of ghee, tender paneer, and sweet green peas come together perfectly, topped with fresh cilantro for a refreshing finish.
Ingredients
- 1 jar of Rupen's CURRY sauce
- 2 tablespoons ghee
- 1 lb paneer cheese, cut into cubes
- 1 cup green peas (fresh or frozen)
- Fresh cilantro leaves, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat 2 tablespoons of ghee over medium heat until melted and slightly shimmering.
- Add cubed paneer and sauté until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, pour the jar of Rupen's CURRY sauce and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add the green peas and cook for 3-4 minutes, then stir in the sautéed paneer.
- Simmer for another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Garnish with fresh chopped cilantro and serve hot.
