1 block of Paneer cheese, cut in 4 thick slices
1/2 bottle of Rupen's Tandoori Marinade
4 burger buns
4 Tablespoons mayonnaise
Sliced tomatoes
Sliced onions
4 teaspoons store-bought chutney
4 lettuce leaves
4 slices of cheddar cheese
4 slices of beef steak tomato
Instructions
In a bowl, add tandoori marinade.
Add the paneer slices to the marinade, making sure they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Brush the grill with oil to prevent sticking.
Place the marinated paneer slices on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they develop grill marks and turn slightly charred.
While the paneer is grilling, lightly toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
Spread mayonnaise on the bottom buns and place a grilled paneer slice on top.
Add lettuce leaves, sliced tomatoes, onions, and cheese. Drizzle some chutney for extra flavor.
Place the grilled paneer on top of the cheese. Cover the burger with the top bun and press gently to hold all the ingredients together.
Serve the Tandoori Paneer Burgers hot with your favorite side dishes and enjoy the delightful combination of Indian flavors!
Note: You can customize the burger by adding other condiments or toppings like cheese, pickles, or sliced jalapeños according to your preference.
