Thanksgiving Leftovers? Make This Cranberry Crisp With Leftover Cranberry Relish

Now that Thanksgiving is behind us, we are all looking for ways to finish off the leftovers. Making a simple crumble or a crisp from your leftover cranberry relish or cranberry sauce is a great idea to use up the leftovers.

Ingredients
2 cups leftover Cranberry Relish
Crisp:
1/2 cup oatmeal
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 cup white granulated sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 stick unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
Instructions
Pre-heat oven at 350 F.
In the meanwhile, add your cranberry relish into a small crumble dish. Set aside.
Mix the crisp ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Make sure you combine the butter with the rest of the ingredients to resemble a sand-like texture.
Generously sprinkle the crisp mixture onto the cranberry relish.
Bake for 45 minutes and serve with good quality vanilla ice cream.
