My friend (she does not want me to share their name) makes the best brownies. I love them, and I do not make them because I may eat them all, haha, seriously, they are so good! This brownie recipe makes a quarter-sheet (9 by 13 inch cookie sheet). Serves: 12 large pieces Ingredients 8 oz lb melted unsalted butter 8 oz lb melted chocolate 4 eggs 1 cup white sugar 1 cup brown sugar (PACK BROWN SUGAR) 1 cup AP flour 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (to make chili brownies) Method Add butter (FIRST) and then chocolate chips to a bain marie.
